The Courses
Half Marathon
The Half Marathon Course runs a loop out and around Guadalupe Ponds then returns by Almaden Lake and heads out Alamitos Creek and Calero Creek Trails.. You can see the course and elevation chart on Strava by clicking here.
Altitude Profile
There is 224ft of climb in the half marathon course.
Route
The course is on the bike path and packed trail. There are road crossings at Mazzone Drive, Graystone Road and Harry Road. The course transitions between the Los Alamitos and Calero
Creek Trail after Singer Park along the shoulder of Camden Avenue.
On the return, the course takes runs on parallel trails in places to the outbound course. This is clearly marked (and more fun!).
